1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NipunAI, an AI-powered adaptive learning platform operated by Rudrayamx ("we", "us", "our", "NipunAI"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About NipunAI

NipunAI provides AI-driven, personalised skill learning through Sarthi, our AI mentor. Sarthi has a conversation with you to understand your current level, your goals, the time you can commit each week, and how you prefer to learn, and uses this to generate a learning roadmap, teach modules with real-world examples, and assess your progress through exercises.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account, and to keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Each account is intended for use by a single individual and should not be shared with others.

4. Sarthi — Your AI Mentor

Sarthi is an artificial intelligence system. While we design Sarthi to be accurate, encouraging, and genuinely useful, AI-generated explanations, roadmaps, assessments, and feedback may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Sarthi's guidance is intended to support your learning and should not be treated as professional certification, a guaranteed outcome, or a substitute for professional advice in regulated fields such as financial, medical, or legal matters. Please use your own judgement and verify important information independently.

5. Acceptable Use

When using NipunAI, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute the Platform's content, roadmaps, or underlying AI models without permission;
• Share your account credentials with others or attempt to access another user's account;
• Upload or transmit content that is abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful; or
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its infrastructure.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of NipunAI may be offered on a paid or subscription basis. Where applicable, pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms will be clearly displayed before you make a purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase. We may change pricing for future billing cycles with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the NipunAI and Sarthi branding, software, roadmaps, learning modules, assessments, and design — is owned by Rudrayamx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this content for your personal learning, and not for commercial redistribution.

8. Your Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it — including to personalise your learning experience and to train and improve our AI models — and the choices available to you. By using NipunAI, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or for other reasons at our discretion, with or without notice where reasonably necessary — for example, to protect the security of the Platform or other users. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rudrayamx makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform or any AI-generated content. Rudrayamx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including decisions made based on Sarthi's guidance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Platform, legal requirements, or business practices. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page, and where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
